All Smiles!

We are extremely thankful to our Lord and happy to report that all is well with both Christy and Baby Joey! They are excited to be moving to their new home (apartment) soon...finally!

All is well with Bethany also. She starts work June 12th as an attorney in the Suncoast Region for the Department of Children and Families and will be moving to Ft. Myers. (Near Sanibel Island-BEST place in the world for shells!!) I will just have to visit her often! :)

All of Baby Joey's paperwork FINALLY came through and so the trip commenced from Bangkok back to Dhaka. It soon became clear that Christy was not well. Please pray for Joey and his family as they travel today to a Christian hospital south of Chittagong for a medical procedure. Christy has had bleeding since little Joey’s birth. The doctors believe a piece of placenta remains attached to the uterus and must be removed to prevent serious bleeding and infection. The doctors at the hospital are world-class, so they feel Christy will be in good hands. Please pray also that Christy will be able to continue to nurse Baby Joey somehow through all of this. They will return to the capital, Lord willing, May 12.
