I just had to write a quick note and let you know I've been perusing your blog ever since Bethany sent me the link (I found her on facebook last week). Looks like things are going wonderfully for all of you - Bethany's health & career, Joey & Christy's ministry and 2 beautiful children, your ministry in Cairo, your precious heart for the kindergarteners - God is good!
We are also doing well. We're still in Sugar Hill, and we've been at Cross Pointe church (or Cross Pointe 2 as we like to call it) in Duluth for about 5 years now. We have a beautiful almost-7-year-old son, William - we adopted him from Ukraine in 2007. I'm finishing up my masters at Liberty University (distance learning), and Zack and I are both still working at the same insurance company. And In February I celebrated 14 years off-chemo. God has blessed us in so many ways!
Would love to see you guys sometime and catch up sometime. But I'm glad to finally be able to at least reconnect through the internet for now!
